Let me share with you how I got here.
I remember the day that I embarked into the depths of the college lifestyle. The novelty and the freshness of the opening month is still so vivid in my memory…
I entered college knowing that my ambitions lied in building my own brand with my obsessive-knowledge of health and wellness, but I chose to ignore my gut-feeling because I wanted to pursue the sport that I loved: swimming.
While I loved the sport of swimming, it was not worth the experience that I had coming…
My desires and aspirations in building my brand online were buried underneath the schoolwork and the intense training protocol that I was under. The stream of income that I was developing completely fell apart, and I descended into a deep pit of stress, agitation, and shame.
The suffering felt like it would last forever. I suffered breakdown after breakdown, and felt my overpowering confidence which I carried with me my entire life begin to fade away.
I WAS ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE
Eventually, I reached the end of my first year of college, and I immediately dropped out.
And then I was free!! Riding off into the sunset!
BUT IT DIDN’T QUITE WORK THAT WAY…
When I ventured back into the world of digital marketing and brand building, I was still anxious, oversensitive, and a massive ball of stress who averaged one mental breakdown everyday. I faced some serious self-doubt issues, and I didn’t believe in my ability to accomplish anything.
Day after day, I would wake up in the morning, ready to face the world, and after not making progress for a couple of hours, I quit and continued feeling sorry for myself.
If there is one thing that I know, my friend, it is that you can’t build an empire while you’re feeling sorry for yourself.
I realized that there was a deeper fundamental issue going on, and I delayed my building of my brand to work on myself first.
I needed a serious shift in my thinking patterns and the way I viewed myself.
So I started unearthing biological “hacks” that I utilized to make me feel better, and continue feeling better.
And I felt myself slowly coming back to life. I felt my old confidence slowly restoring, and my ambitions along with it.
I was shocked!
For the first time in months, I could finally breath in the fresh air without feeling the stress of the day completely overwhelm me.
I still use these biological hacks to this day, and I am still waking up everyday elated to be alive.
But I’m not here to lie to any of you. My knowledge is still growing, and I am just getting started with building my idealized life. I want to fill you in the process and the tools that I’m using to build it.
I do consider myself very knowledgeable when it comes to stress relief and FEELING BETTER on a daily basis, and that is why I’m thrilled to be sharing the experiences of my journey with you…

Misinformation is truly negatively affecting people’s lives everywhere. The biggest downside of the internet is that bad people have the opportunity to negatively affect unsuspecting customers. It’s happened to me before. I promise that i will never do that to you.
